Indore: The city chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will organize a day-long seminar on Corporate Compliance on Sunday. On the occasion, national President CS Ranjeet Pandey will also arrive here to participate in the seminar. According to a press release of the city chapter of ICSI, the subject of the seminar is ‘Recent Developments in Corporate Compliances’.
It will be held at Brilliant Convention Centre on Sunday. More than 150 delegates are likely to participate in the seminar. CS Ranjeet Pandey, President ICSI and CS Ashish Garg, Vice-President ICSI will also grace the occasion. CS S. Sudhakar Vice-President Corporate Secretariat Reliance Industries Limited will address on SEBI Listing provisions and CS Makarand Joshi Practicing Company Secretary from Mumbai will address on MSME, Companies Amendments Ordinance. The inauguration of the seminar will be held at 10 am.
