Indore: A one-day workshop, organised by Melange Curations for ‘First Time Managers,’ was held here on Tuesday. During the workshop, experts laid stress on duties and qualities of new managers. They also shed light on the importance of theory and practice in management these rookie managers studied during their college days.
Expert speakers who attended the workshop were Jayant Mishra, Founder and CEO of People Live Consulting, Ashish Zitshi, vice-president and site head CIPLA Pharmaceuticals SEZ Indore, Dr Sandeep Atre, Founder Director of Socialigence and Amit Bidasaria, CEO of VSN International Ltd.
They said taking up a new assignment is always exciting and challenging for new managers and they should justify what they learnt during their student days and use them effectively in the organisations where they are currently working.
