Indore: The online registration window for admission in traditional post-graduate courses offered by government and private colleges will be opened on Saturday, as per schedule declared by department of higher education (DHE).
The schedule states that the registration window will open on June 15 and shut on June 30. The verification of documents will be done simultaneously. “Document verification can be done till July 1,” said Indore division additional director (higher education) KN Chaturvedi.
Students can get documents verified after registration at any government college. Admission in courses including MA, MCom, MSc is granted through centralised online admission counseling conducted by DHE. The admission this year will be conducted in three rounds – two online and third offline. The registration for first round will begin from Saturday.
Meanwhile, the registration window for under-graduate courses will shut on Sunday night. The registration for UG courses began on June 10. The list of students who have been allocated colleges will come out on June 27.
CET application window to shut today
Registration for common entrance test (CET) conducted by Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya for admission in its most sought after courses will shut on Saturday midnight.
As per information, more than 17,000 students have applied for admission in nearly 70 courses. Bedsides, nearly 2,500 students have applied for doctoral entrance test. Some students have applied for admission in non-CET courses.
