Indore: Missing man found dead in playground

Indore: Body of a missing person was found in a playground under mysterious circumstances in Banganga on Sunday. No external injury marks were found on his body so the reason of his death could not be known till late night. Police have sent the body for autopsy and the statements of his wife and other family members are being taken.

Banganga police station incharge Indramani Patel said the deceased was identified as Laxman Vishwakarma (38) a resident of Ganeshdham Colony. He was found dead by the children who were playing in the ground on MR-9 on Sunday evening. They informed other people of area and later the police were informed.

No injury marks were found on the body. Some marks of ant bites were found though. It is believed that he died on Saturday but the exact reason of his death will be established only after the autopsy report. Preliminary investigation revealed that he left home on Friday evening after which he did not return home. TI Patel said Vishwakarma had an argument with wife over money after which he left the house. Wife also tried to search him in the area but she assumed that Vishwakarma went to a relative’s place after the argument and he will return home soon.
