Indore: The man, who is on the run after the death of his wife, was booked by the police for thrashing her that led to her death in Hira Nagar. The accused had an argument with wife last month after which he thrashed her and fled with children.
Hira Nagar police station incharge Rajeev Singh Bhadoriya said Mukesh Ramsingh, a resident of Scheme Number 113, has been booked under Section 304 of IPC in connection with his wife Kiran’s death. Mukesh hails from Khargone and was staying here with wife and children in Scheme Number 113 for a few months. On April 25, he had an argument with Kiran. The situation turned violent and Mukesh thrashed her.
Though he beat his wife at night, the incident was discovered next morning when the neighbours had found women unconscious. She was rushed to hospital but could not be saved. Police said she died of injury after she was beaten up by Mukesh. After this information, police booked the accused and started search for him.
