The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will give Signature Awards to three topper students of BCom, IIT and IIM. Company secretary Ashish Garg, national vice-president of ICSI, said Signature Award scheme has been introduced by ICSI to nurture best talent and facilitate meaningful collaboration among institutions of higher education to benefit students.
The initiative is expected to encourage competitive spirit among students studying in colleges affiliated to universities. Under this scheme, top rank holder in BCom examination and topper of IIMs/IITs will be awarded a gold medal and merit certificate. Top three rank holders in the aforesaid examination will be eligible for waiver of registration fee while registering for CS course in executive programme.
