Indore: High Court asks police to submit case diary

Indore: The Indore Bench of High Court on Wednesday directed the police to submit case diary in Sandeep Agrawal murder case. The main accused in Sandeep Agrawal murder case Rohit Sethi’s advocate Kaustubh Pathak had applied for anticipatory bail but the case diary was not available in court. Justice Vandana Kesarkar instructed the police to submit the case diary on next hearing on Friday.

Police have booked Sudhakar Maratha and his accomplices in the case but Rohit Sethi, who is the prime suspect, is still at large. Rohit Sethi was earlier announced absconding by the lower court. On January 16, 2019, Sandeep Agrawal was shot dead near service lane, just 100 meters away from, Vijay Nagar police station.
