Indore: Three heavily drunk brats in their 20s turned their car upside down and set it on fire in a sudden rush of adrenaline at the Super Corridor here on Sunday night.

According to the Banganga police, the three teenagers were identified as Anand Karwal, Kunal Parikh and Krishna Malviya. They were driving ‘Swift’ car.

Anand Karwal is a resident of Kalani Nagar and son of Santosh Karwal, Kunal Parikh is a resident of Sudama Nagar, and son of Subash Parikh while Krishna Malviya is a resident of Lok Nayak Nagar and son of Kailash Chand Malviya.

During the police investigation the youth said that they were under the influence of alcohol and did not realise what they were doing. “In sudden rush of adrenaline, we turned the car upside down and set it ablaze just for a fun,” they told the police.

Police said that the three youth first pushed the car and then and turned it turtle then set it on fire. As it started burning, they again pushed the car and brought it back on its wheels. Surprisingly they were driving the Swift car without the number plate, the police said.

Meanwhile, a police patrol car ‘Dial 100’ was passing throught the area. The policemen saw the burning and stopped. Later they saw the three youth in an inebriated state. The police caught hold of the three boys and brought them to the Banganga police station.

However, later the police released the three boys after they made a promise that they would never repeat the act and involve in any anti-social activity in future.
