Indore: A special court here on Friday allowed Mexican lawyer to meet the accused of the case pertaining to seizure of fentanyl. The accused is also Mexican. Seizure of fentanyl from a lab in Pologround industrial area and arrest of 3 persons including Mexican George Solice on Sept 27 last year by DRI, Indore zonal office had created flutter. At present, Solice is in judicial custody.
After completing the arguments on the application filed by Ajinkya Dagaonkar, counsel for Solice – Rafael Zalce Gonzlez – had sought court’s permission to meet him. Pronouncing the decision on Friday, the court allowed Rafael to have 15-minute meeting with Solice. The court directed jail superintendent to arrange the meeting.
