Come April, the city air travelers will get two flights for Mumbai and Allahabad. The Jet Airways is planning to restore its Indore-Prayagraj (Allahabad) flight from April 1, while Air Asia is planning to start a new flight for Mumbai from next month. The Summer Schedule of the airlines came into from March 25 last.
Under the schedule, the Jet Airways has announced to restore its flights operated on Mumbai, New Delhi, Vadodara sector from March 31. From this date, four flights for New Delhi, one each for Mumbai and Vadodara will take off from the city. TK Jose, Chairman MP-CG Chapter of Travel Agents Association of India (TAA) said that Jet Airways is trying to restore its flight movement from the city. It’s going to restore Indore-Allahabad flight from April 1 and booking for which has already began. As per the schedule, Flight 9W-3551 Indore-Allahabad will depart the city airport at 7.10 and reach Allahabad at 9.15 hours.
The return flight 9W-3552 Allahabad-Indore will depart from Allahabad at 14.30 hours and reach here at 16.30 hours. It will be operated on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. As per the tentative schedule, Air Asia’s proposed flight for Mumbai-Indore would depart capital city of Maharashtra at 8.20 hours and reach here in Indore at 9.40 hours. In return journey, it would depart the city airport at 10.20 hours and reach the western metropolis at 11.30 hours.
