Indore: A fire broke down at a thermocol and polythene bag shop near Harsiddhi temple on Sunday evening. The shop is located in a building. On its ground floor is an autogarage named Diamond Auto Garage. Firemen rescued people living in the above floor.
The fire started around 9.30 pm following which six fire brigade water tankers were used to douse flames. The fire brigade team struggled to break down the shutter of the shop so that the fire could be controlled.
The shop was locked and no person was present inside. Electricity supply was cut off in the area to avoid short circuits. The exact reason behind the fire outbreak is being investigated
