A team of district administration seized and sealed the office of Parsvnath Developers on Wednesday as the company failed to deposit the diversion charges. Even after getting demand notice for depositing the due charges of land diversion, the real estate company did not comply. A total amount of Rs 10,88,387 for 2017-2018 was due towards Parsvnath Builders for diversion charges.
A team of district administration led by tehsildar Sanjay Waghmare and naib tehsildar Archana Gupta reached office of real estate developer located at Rahukhedi on AB Road close to Manglia. The team seized and sealed 35 X 59 square feet office. Sources said similar action would continue against all those defying notices served by district administration.
