Indore: Differently-abled man detained for theft

The vehicle owner, a girl, told police that she doesn’t want to file a complaint but wants her belongings back.

Indore: A differently abled man was detained by police for stealing a clutch purse, a small purse and bank passbook from scooter dickey in Regional Park on Wednesday.

The vehicle owner, a girl, told police that she doesn’t want to file a complaint but wants her belongings back. According to Rajendra Nagar police, policemen from Bhanwarkuwan police station reached Regional Park in search of suspect.

The suspect, a differently abled person was caught by policemen. He was beaten on crime spot by one of the policemen. Later, he was handed to Rajendra Nagar police.

Police said that, a purse, a bank passbook and a clutch was recovered from the suspect. Later, police informed the girl. She was called at police station and her belongings were returned to her.
