Congress leader Rajesh Choukse said party will hold camps in these colonies to provide legal help. Party will come up with a “stamp-free scheme” in which house owner can get ownership documents on minimum charges.” Congress leaders said party will help in getting such documents to residents so that they can also get loan from banks on their properties.
