Indore : Now, the in-charge minister of the district will monitor the progress of the development work of worth Rs 50 lakh and more. The inspection teams would be constituted to keep tab on the progress of such works, District Collector P Narahari said on Wednesday.
He was addressing officials at a meeting called to review the progress of the development projects of the City.
He fixed the time limit for completion of the projects and reviewed the progress of the projects of the each department worth more than Rs 50 lakh.
Reviewing the progress of the IDA’s projects, it was informed that the 8 lane under construction over bridge at Super Corridor would be completed by Feb. 2016.
The remaining cementing work at Super Corridor would also be completed by October 2015.
The Collector also gave instructions to complete the construction work of new RTO building at Nayata Munda by October 30, 2015.
The time limit fixed for the construction of 336 LIG housings in Scheme no. 136 by February 2016.
Narahari said the quality should not be compromised and it should be ensured that the projects can completed in time limit.
