Indore : Thieves broke into a warehouse and decamped with goods worth rupees thousands. The incident occurred on Wednesday night in Cloth Market area.

According to police, the theft occurred at the warehouse belonging to Pawan, son of Banwari Agarwal, located in Cloth Market area and was used to store sanitary and plumbing fittings. The theft was discovered by Agarwal when he went to the warehouse on Thursday morning.

The area houses other warehouses and usually the ladder was kept near the outer most warehouse. Suspecting some thing amiss, Agarwal opened the warehouse and found that most of his stock was missing. The exact value of the stolen items is yet to be determined. Meanwhile, the police have registered a case and are investigating.
