Indore : Rajendra Nagar Police, on Wednesday, registered case against a man who raped a schoolgirl in Pipliyapala Regional Park. According to the police, the case of rape and other offences was registered against Vikram Dagar, resident of Harijan Colony, Rajmohalla late on Wednesday night on complaint of the 16-year-old girl, resident of Chhataripura area.
As per the complaint the accused forced the girl to accompany him to an isolated part of the park and then raped her.
When the girl reported the matter to her family they confronted the accused who reportedly showed them the clip of the act he had secretly recorded and threatened to malign their family name.
The family kept quite but when the accused began harassing the girl and her family, they finally sought police intervention.
