Bhikangaon : Worship of Lord Ganesha has always been considered sacred before initiating any work and the people are all set to celebrate this occasion with great pomp and show. Idols of Lord Ganeshaare being sold in the market. People are purchasing various decorative materials for the occasion. Shopkeeper Rajesh Kaushal and Abhishek Gangrade said that there is a great demand of artificial decorative flowers, lights and other.

Jhabua:  The enthusiasm for the consecration of the idol of lord Ganesha is at peak in Jhabua wherein preparations to welcome Ganesha is going on in full swing specifically by Raja Ganesh mandal and others has done the preparations on a wider level. A rally will be taken out to various places for the same.

Kukshi:  On the fest of Ganesh chaturthi, MLA Mukam Singh Kirade will distribute 501 idols of Ganesha. A religious rally will also be taken out in the region. A welcome programme is also organised for the cabinet minister Ranjana Badhel. Mahendra Septa, Sharbat Singh Chauhan, Ravindra Gupta and others appealed to make Ganesh idol distribution programme and cabinet minister welcome programme successful.

Betma:  Devotees are all set to celebrate the chaturthi. A huge crowd can be seen at the decoration shops. Idols of lord are available in various sizes and in various colours. A massive crowd will be seen at Ganesh temple situated at Juna Bazar. A huge pandal by Sidhivinayak bhakat mandal for keeping 13 feet long and 7 feet wide idol of the lord and for that a pandal of 20/45 has been constructed. The idol is made of grass and sand and is constructed by Bengali artist ofIndore. Siddhivinayak Bhakat mandal has made the insurance of rupees five lakh for the 10 day programme. It’s for the first time in the region that insurance for such programme is done.
