Indore : A matter of eve-teasing and harassment of two girls by goons has come to light in Musakhedi area. However, the police have denied eve teasing and said that the matter related to an old dispute between two families.
According to sources, a couple and their four daughters reside in Shivdarshan Nagar in Musakhedi area. The eldest daughter is aged 17 and second girl is aged 15. The couple alleged that three goons— Monu, Chotu and Mukesh— have been harassing their daughters since a long time.
The couple said that they had shifted their two daughters to a hostel in Nehru Nagar and recently when they came to visit them, the trio came to their house and began harassing them and threatening them to harm.
The couple further alleged that when they tried to object, they were attacked with iron rods and the girls’ mother sustained injuries in the attack and is presently undergoing treatment.
When contacted Azad Nagar Police TI said that there was no case of harassment and referred the matter as an old dispute between two families.
