Indore: In a lecture series organized by Shri Madhya Hindi Sathiya Samithi, former Comptroller and Auditor General Vijendra Nath Kaul said: “Strong laws are necessary to combat corruption and the new government must try to implement them, which is more important.”Kaul spoke how loopholes in the system invite people to get involved in corruption. Talking about the Lokpal Bill he said, “Lokpal Bill was introduced in the House during the time of Pt Nehru but it has always been delayed for some or other reason. And, the latest bill which is passed under Janlokpal has many loopholes which can’t solve problems.”
