Indore: Known for courting controversies, oga Guru Baba Ramadev has invited yet another legal trouble for his remark that many Congressmen are ‘ homosexuals’. While reacting to the Supreme Court’s decision on Article 377, he said that it appeared from the Congress’ stand that most of their members are homosexuals.

“ Does not mean that if a party supports homosexuality, its workers and leaders are gays. Ramdev’s statement has put the Congress in poor light so I have sent a notice to him,” he said.
In the legal notice, Dwivedi sought Ramdev’s apology over his remark and also demanded that he should ensure that his apology is telecast on TV channels for the time equivalent to his controversial statement.
In addition to this, Ramdev should also issue a written statement in newspaper apologising to Congress’ senior leaders failing which legal action would be taken against him. “ We will file a petition in the court if Ramdev fails to fulfill the demands made in the legal notice,” said Dwivedi.
