Indore: Congress candidate from Indore 5 Pankaj Sanghvi got relief on Saturday when Returning Officer Shyamendra Jaiswal found the complaint filed against Sanghvi false.The complaint was filed against the Congress candidate for using staff of Gujarati Samaj. The RO gave his findings to the District Election Officer ( DEO).

Jaiswal said that he had received a complaint that the Congress candidate was using staff of various trusts and societies of the Gujarati Samaj, like drivers, conductors, other employees and even school students for his campaigning.Therefore, he visited the offices and schools of the Gujarati Samaj and inquired regarding the complaint.

He also noted statements of drivers, other employees and students and made a ‘ Panchnama,’ The inquiry was also videographed.The statements of all concerned indicated that they were not campaigning for any candidate and nobody was forcing them to do so. After this inquiry, Jaiswal concluded that the complaint was false and he reported the same to the DEO Aakash Tripathi.
