Christians come forward to welcome Swayamsevaksl Our Staff Reporter

Indore : The RSS took out Path Sanchalan on Vijaya Dashmi in the city on Thursday. As many as 13,000 swayamsevaks took part in the march. For the first time, the Christian community members came forward to welcome the march past.

The city witnessed a well organised and well disciplined march past of the RSS Swayamsevaks on Thursday morning. Amid the spectacular zeal among the swayamsevaks, the Path Sanchalan was taken out from 26 locations in the city, covering all parts of the city. There was more enthusiasm among the Swayamsevaks as the RSS is celebrating its 90th year. At least 26 RSS ideologues delivered speeches at 26 locations, throwing light on the commitment for service of mother land.

Each path sanchalan comprised 800-1000 swayamsevaks, band and saffron flags. The Swayamsevaks wore the RSS uniform. A large number of top brass of the RSS and the BJP participated in the march past.

This year, members of the Christian community came forward to welcome the marching swayamsevaks at Rajwada under the banner Bhartiya Isai Jan Sangh.
