Indore Thieves on Tuesday evening struck at house of a private company officer in Sukhilya area and decamped with cash and valuables worth Rs 2.5 lakh. The incident occurred when they had gone for shopping on ‘ Pushpa Nakshatra’. State head of a multinational company, Prakram Singh Jadon told police that he along with his family had gone to the market about 5 pm on Tuesday.

When he returned about an hour, the main gate of the house was ajar. The victim’s family rushed inside to find household goods in disarray. Jadon informed the police that the miscreants took away about Rs 40000 cash and jewelery worth about Rs 2 lakh.
