Police have booked four persons including three minors under Section 304 of IPC ( culpable homicide) in Bhanwarkuan area on late Friday night after a 45-year-old man died while undergoing treatment on Thursday. The detailed autopsy report is still awaited.
Deceased Pramod Chouhan, a resident of Palda area of the city was rushed to MY Hospital on Thursday night after suffering head injuries following an altercation. Preliminary investigation revealed that 21-year-old Chetan Borasi and three other minors aged between 13 and 17 year are being questioned for their involvement. The police have booked Chetan and the three juveniles and are further investigating the incident.
Preliminary investigation also revealed that Pramod had an altercation with the group of boys over some issue on Thursday noon. They thrashed Pramod black and blue due to which he fell on the ground and sustained head injuries. After thrashing him, the boys fled the scene.
