Badnawar (Madhya Pradesh): Ten persons, including two women, have been booked in cross complaints lodged by two women in connection with house trespass, assault and threat to life at Badnawar village of Dhar, police said. The incident was reported on Saturday late at night at Ganeshwadli Mohalla.
Complainant Kalpana, wife of Dinesh Ninama in her complaint named Bulbul, wife of Vikas Pamel, her sister-in-law Pooja, Vikas Pamel, Suraj Pamel, Prakash Ninama, Raja Ninama, Rakesh Ninama, Ravi Ninama and Mukesh Prajapati, all residents of Ganeshwadli Mohalla.
According to the complainant, Prakash Ninama is the husband of Sonu Ninama, who is currently contesting the election of a councillor from the same ward as a Congress candidate.
Complainant Kalpana informed that Bulbul and Pooja barged into her house when she was sleeping and started assaulting her saying that her husband Dinesh beat Vikas.
Later Vikas came with a sword and started threatening, followed by the other accused. They pelted stones on her house as well. The accused also vandalised a two-wheeler parked outside.
On the other side, Bulbul Pamel also lodged her complaint against Dinesh Ninama claiming that the latter manhandled her and beat her husband Vikas over a petty issue.
