Indore : The IMC Additional Commissioner has issued instructions to officers to suspend an employee, who allegedly threatened the In-charge of Kondwada department with a knife. The Commissioner also gave the staffer three days time to reply.
According to information, the staffer Nirmal on Dec 22 threatened department in-charge Rajendra Yadav with a knife over attendance issue. It was said that Nirmal was absent and he was building pressure on Yadav to give him attendance. But, Yadav turned down his plea. Irked over the refusal, the staff threatened him with knife.
A complaint against Nirmal was registered following which the additional commissioner issued instructions.
Later, on the ground of indiscipline, a notice was given to the staffer to reply in three days time lest action would be taken against him.
Sources said that Nirmal was an irregular staff and was allegedly building pressure on Yadav to mark his attendance even when he was absent.
