3-yr-old falls from balcony, dies

Indore : A three-year girl old fell off of the third floor of her grandfather’s house and died in Raoji Bazaar area late on Wednesday night.

Apparently, the girl’s mother left her unattended to get water for her, when she strolled into the balcony and fell down. The police are investigating the matter.

Investigating officer SI Rekha Sharma said Komal and her mother Neha was visiting her grandparents residing Mahal Kachari area from Rajasthan.

Neha was feeding Komal when she briefly went into the kitchen to get water for her daughter. During that time Komal wandered into the balcony, probably lost her footing and fell down.

Man dies after consuming liquor

A man, employed with the sales tax department and residing in Raoji Bazaar area, died under mysterious circumstances. The police are awaiting autopsy report to draw any conclusion in the matter. Investigating Officer ASI Nanad Kishore Dube said Rajesh Badriala (40) had returned home late on Wednesday night and complained of uneasiness. He was rushed to the hospital where he was declared brought dead. Family members told the police that Rajesh had liquor before he complained of uneasiness.
