West Bengal: 3 killed after fire breaks out in West Midnapore’s slum

Kolkata: Three people were burnt to death after a fire broke out in a slum in West Bengal’s West Midnapore district, police said on Monday.The incident took place in Ghatal area on Sunday night. Three persons including a married couple were killed in the blaze,” an officer from Ghatal police station said. “It was an accident. The reason for the fire is yet to be ascertained,” he added.
