Recently a 16 second video went viral on social media which showed Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath laughing with others in front of a coffin wrapped in the Indian flag.
The video was posted by Awaaz tak on their Facebook page with a caption which reads, “Shaheed ke shav ke paas baith kar bilak bilak kar rote huye dekho Yogi Adityanath ko (Look at Yogi Adityanath sitting beside a martyr’s body and bursting into tears).”

However, India Today claims that the footage shared by Awaaz Tak is from Martyr’s funeral but, it is from the funeral of former Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand Chief Minister ND Tiwari which had caused a major embarrassment for the BJP.
Since the release the video is shared nearly 1,500 times.
