In a shocking and distressing incident at Uttar Pradesh's Mirzapur Railway Station, a young man sustained severe burn injuries after coming into contact with a high-voltage overhead equipment (OHE) wire. The incident occurred when the youth climbed onto the roof of a stationary coach of the Mahananda Express. Tragically, he came into contact with the high-voltage wire, resulting in critical injuries.

Disturbing visuals of the incident, which have gone viral on social media, show the young man lying on the train's roof, his body severely burnt and smoke emanating from his injuries. The video captures the victim writhing in pain before he eventually rolls off the train's roof and falls onto the tracks below. Shockingly, while several onlookers at the platform recorded the incident, none stepped forward to help the injured youth.

The victim was rushed to a hospital in critical condition, where he is currently undergoing treatment. Authorities have not yet identified the youth or determined the reason behind his decision to climb onto the train.
