Siliguri: A skeleton wearing a pair of jeans and a t-shirt was found in Kalimpong area of Darjeeling district on Tuesday, the police said.
Local people found the skeleton inside a jungle near Lower Bang bustee close to a stream and informed the police.
A pen was attached to the t-shirt while a bone of one of the skeleton’s legs was broken, the sources said.
The gender of the skeleton was yet to be ascertained, the sources said, adding that it was being sent to Kolkata for forensic examination.
