SC says no to marines

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected the plea of murder accused Italian marine Massimiliano Latorre. The latter had sought extension of his stay in Italy on health grounds and at the same time sought permission for his fellow marine to travel there for Christmas. However, the court observed that they cannot get such a “leeway”.
