Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday declined a plea filed by former Editor-in-Chief of Tehelka magazine Tarun Tejpal challenging the order of the Bombay High Court at Goa which had rejected his application for an in-camera hearing in the 2013 sexual assault case.
