Jaipur: The Enforcement Directorate that grilled Robert Vadra for over 18 hours in two days are likely to inform the Rajasthan High Court at Jodhpur on Feberuary 18 on the outcome of the questioning at Jaipur. Vadra along with his mother Maureen was interrogated at ED’s office here on the alleged land dealings in the Kolayat sub-division of Bikaner district.
The ED officials both from Jaipur and Delhi interrogated and thousands of pages of documents were used during the interrogation.
The ED has sought the intervention of the Rajasthan High Court to interrogate him when Vadra failed to answer to three summons that were issued by the ED to him. The Rajasthan High Court then directed Vadra to appear before the ED and cooperate with the department. But the High Court also ordered that no coercion could be used against Vadra.
