Patna DM removed

Patna: The Bihar government on Sunday removed four senior officials, including the District Magistrate of Patna — a fall-out of the stampede at the historic Gandhi Maidan during Dussehra festivities that left 33 people dead and 29 injured. The Jitan Ram Manjhi government has also vowed to punish those responsible for “lapses” which led to the stampede.
