Parrots are known for their brains some can mimic your words and some can even perform tricks, but they are most commonly known to tell fortunes, as they were in high demand amongst desi fortune tellers, but now it is as per a 2003 government of India ruling, you cannot put your pets in cage. It is also illegal to harm an animal, but it doesn’t mean that Parrots have to obey any rules.

Farmers and experts have spotted parrots conducting Air raids, the Parrots fly off with opium after snapping the stems off with their beaks.
“The parrots are very disturbing. They come together in flocks day and night, bite the crop and take them away,” An farmer told ANI. “The whole family has to protect the crops; we have to set off fire crackers or shoo them away,” he added.
While talking to Reuters R.S. Chundawat revealed that after consuming opium, the parrots are feeling “relaxed” due to the alkaloids and steroids found in the buds. Many said that parrots visit the farms more than 40 times a day, no wonder they feel releaxed.
