Bhadohi (UP):  A labourer was killed and two others were injured when a mound of mud caved in while they were working at a bridge construction site here, police said today.

The incident took place at Ahmadpur railway crossing bridge construction site when mound of mud fell on three labourers working there.

While Raghunath Saroj (24) died on the spot, two others were rescued by locals and rushed to a hospital, where their condition was stated to be stable.

Police has lodged an FIR in this connection.
