New Delhi: The much-awaited and most-speculated list of ministry portfolios in the Narendra Modi government is finally out with Arun Jaitley bagging the richest haul as Cabinet minister for finance, corporate affairs
Bharatiya Janata Party President Rajnath Singh is the new home minister while Sushma Swaraj gets charge of ministry of external affairs.
Speaking to reporter on assuming office as finance minister, Jaitley said the allocation of defence portfolio to him was transient in nature, indicating that the Cabinet may be expanded in near future and the charge of the ministry handed over to someone else.
