New Delhi : Pakistan’s ISI has mobilised terrorists of Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammad and Hizbul Mujahideen besides Sikh militants of Babbar Khalsa International and Khalistan Zindabad Force based on its soil for possible strikes in Delhi, Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir.

Some top ranking ISI officials recently held a meeting with terrorists from jehadi and Sikh radical outfits in Pakistan and have provided funds for the possible strikes, officials said. Around 15-20 terrorists from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and other parts of Pakistan are being given training in use of arms and ammunition at camps across the border with the help of LeT founder and Jamaat-ud-Dawah chief Hafiz Saeed.

The inputs suggested that some of the terrorists under training familiarised themselves with Sikh traditions and Gurmukhi script at Kartarpur Sahib, a gurudwara in Pakistan with the help of Khalistan Zindabad Force (KZF) chief Ranjit Singh alias Nita. They have also been briefed on the topography of Punjab.
