Implement 3 percent job quota for disabled, Tamil Nadu government told

Chennai: The Madras HC has directed the Tamil Nadu govt to instruct all its depts to imple­ment 3% job reservation for people with disabilities. The govt should issue a proper circular and ensure that the implementation was according to provisions of the ‘Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act,” the court said.
