ICSI CSEET July session to be conducted on July 10 in online remote proctored mode

The Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) July session will be conducted in remote-proctored mode on July 10, 2021. The revised guidelines for the same have been released on the official website- icsi.edu

Candidates will have to appear for the test through a laptop/ desktop PC and will not be allowed to appear through smartphone (mobile)/ tablet etc. They would also be required to download a program called safe exam browser- SEBLite on their device, for which the link will be provided to them in due course of time.

Students need to login into the test portal thirty minutes before the time specified for the commencement and are required to keep their Admit Card and valid identity proof handy for verification by the remote proctors. The admit card for the exam will be published 10 days before the exam starts.

Applicants shall not be allowed to appear for the test after completion of 15 minutes since its commencement and shall not be permitted to complete the paper until the expiry of 90 minutes.

A minimum of 40% marks will be required in each part, i.e., Paper- 1, Paper -2, Paper -3 and Paper -4 separately as the case may be, and 50% marks in aggregate of all parts put together for passing the test. Also, there will be no negative marking for wrong answers.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) had earlier suspended the CS Foundation Programme and replaced it with CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET). Students will have to clear the CSEET to be able to register for the Executive Programme of the course.
