New Delhi: Subrata Roy may have to play Holi inside Tihar jail and will remain in custody till March 25.

The Supreme Court on Thursday rejected his bail plea and told the Sahara boss that it would consider his petition only if the group comes up with a new proposal to refund Rs 20,000 crore of investor money, which is in compliance with its directions. The bench refused to grant relief saying that it had given Roy a long rope for the last one and half years.
