Ambar Mukherjee/Kolkata: The Mamata Banerjee led Trinamool Congress government once again faced jolt after the Calcutta High on Wednesday directed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to probe the Parui murder case in which some ruling party leaders were allegedly involved.Delivering his judgement, Justice Harish Tandon observed that the entire investigation by the SIT was tainted with extraneous interference. The CBI has been conducting a probe into the Saradha chit fund case following the directive of the Apex Court. It was alleged that the investigation by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) formed by the state police to probe into the case was not satisfactory.
