Central Board Of Film Certification (CBFC) and it function only as a certification body.

In a reply to Dr Shashi Tharoor (Cong) in the Lok Sabha on Friday, Information & Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar said the report was examined "clause wise" in his ministry, but no decision has been taken "due to intricate complexities involved in the matter.
