New Delhi : Even as the Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party stayed resolute in opting to sit on the opposition benches in the Delhi State Assembly, yoga guru Baba Ramdev on Wednesday questioned the AAP delay in forming a government in Delhi.

Baba Ramdev asked: “Why is AAP not forming the government?
“Did Kejriwal only want to show his power or, did he want to serve the people?” he asked further.
AAP should form the government with the support of the Congress, he felt.
Both, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) , the single largest group in the 70-seat house with 31 members, as well as the AAP, which won 28 seats in its very first election, have refused to form a government.
The Congress says that a number of senior leaders of Delhi are of the opinion that the party should extend unconditional support to the Aam Aadmi Party to form a government in the national capital.
AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal, however, said that his party would neither take, nor extend support to either the BJP or Congress to form the government. He said the party was ready for fresh elections in the city.
