The much-anticipated Marvel biggie 'Thor: Love and Thunder' has opened with a bang at the Indian box office.
The film collected a whopping Rs 24 crore on its very first day. With that, it has recorded the fifth biggest opening day for any Hollywood film in India.
The numbers are only expected to go higher over the weekend, with Marvel fans flooding the theatres to watch the ultimate showdown between Thor and Gorr the God Butcher.
Oscar winner Taika Waititi's big-ticket cosmic adventure stars Chris Hemsworth as Thor, along with a stellar ensemble cast of Tessa Thompson, Natalie Portman and Christian Bale.
Marvel Studios’ 'Thor: Love and Thunder' is currently in theatres across India in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
