Her new book ‘More Of The Fit Woman’s Secrets’ says that a person should find their purpose while letting go of old habits and anything that is not in line with who they truly want to be.
Clarkson says in her book that a person should find their own personal reason to exist and work out a way to include it in their life. She also said that people should set goals for success, as if they haven’t set them how can they possible try to achieve them.
Clarkson further says that there is a common misconception which leads people to believe that in order to believe in oneself, a person must be 100 per cent confident of success and if he/she has worries, that person must have doubts about success. This isn’t true, Clarkson said.
Having fear doesn’t mean lack of belief in oneself, it just means that we know there could be some pain on our journey but we’re willing to step out of our comfort zone and experience it anyway. Mistakes aren’t bad. The fear of mistakes, though, will imprison you and you will never move forward in life. Clarkson also says that one should spend time thinking, planning, showering or pampering. Whenever one chooses to do it, allowing oneself the ritual of some “me time” can make the person more productive.
Being positive is easier when one surrounds oneself with like-minded, happy people, so it is important that a person be careful about the company that he/she keeps. She says that one should spend time with those who encourage rather than discourage in achieving goals. Be strong enough to let go of those who keep weighing you down and make the decision to spend most of your time with people who are as passionate as you are about the plans you have for your life, reports Express.co.uk.
