New Delhi : A special session has been called in the Delhi Assembly today over the issue of women security in the capital. The session, which was to take place earlier, had been postponed due to the sudden death of former president APJ Abdul Kalam. The Arvind Kerjiwal-led AAP Government is likely to pass a resolution to set up a commission of inquiry to look into complaints of crime against women and cases in which appropriate action has not been taken. On Saturday, Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) chief Swati Maliwal had sought information from the Delhi Police over the same.
