New Delhi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said he was glad that around 30 lakh people gave up their gas subsidy in his ‘Give It Up’ campaign and termed it as a ‘silent revolution’. “Thirty lakh people have given up their gas subsidy and these are not rich people who are doing this. Isn’t this a silent revolution?” said Prime Minister Modi while addressing the nation in the 12th edition of his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ programme. “I am glad to say that around 30 lakh families have given up their LPG subsidy and these are not rich people,” he added.
